Master Builders and Allied Trades Association (Free State) know as MBA FS was founded in 1952. The Association is an employers’ organization in terms of the Labour Relations Act.

Our objective is to ensure members maintain a high reputation in building and construction standards.

We offer the following services to our members:

· Tender information on a weekly basis
· Safety information on a weekly basis
· Occupation Health and Safety consulting
· Selling of Contract documents: JBCC and MBSA
· Registration to Federated Employers Mutual (FEM) better known as Workmens
· Compensation Act ( WCA) – Can get a rebate up to 50% on no claims
· Employee Benefit Schemes: Provident Fund, Funeral, Builders holiday payments in December
